Customers can sign-up for automatic payments online or by filling out and submitting a form to Azusa Light & Water. If you submitted the form, you may be signed up for E-Z Pay Automatic Payment Plan.

Changing the information on your E-Z Pay Account

If there are any changes to your banking or billing information, such as an address, these changes can result in payments being refused by your financial institution. Azusa Light & Water is not responsible for payment delays or fees imposed on accounts are a result of inaccurate information. Cancelling Your E-Z Pay Account

You may cancel your participation in the E-Z Pay Automatic Payment Plan at any time by calling Azusa Light & Water at (626) 812-5225.

Changing Recurring Payments Online

If you signed up online for recurring billing and payments, you will need to login to your account to cancel the recurring billings. Check your email inbox for login information or login to your account.
