Automated Account Information SystemCall our new automated system anytime at (626) 812-5225 to hear your account balance, due date, and/or request a payment extension or duplicate bill. You will need your account number and the last 4 digits of the Social Security Number on the account in order to access your information.
After-Hours Customer Assistance Call (626) 812-5225 after hours and you will be directed to our answering service. This service has the ability to dispatch service crews if deemed necessary. They do not have access to any customer information, therefore use the Automated Account Information System for balance inquiries. After Hours re-connections are only available Thursday through Saturday.

New ServicesIf you are calling about establishing new service at a location that is within our service territory, but is not currently connected to either our electric or water systems, please email us. Your request will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate person who will be able to address your service requirements.
