Electric and water meters are read on a monthly basis for customers within the city limits of Azusa. Those meters for customers receiving water only in our outlying areas are read every two months. The read from the prior month is then subtracted from the current read to determine the amount of usage for this bill period.

Electric usage is measured in kilo-watt hours (KWH), and water usage is measured in hundred cubic feet (CCF).

The electric meter is generally located on an outside wall of the house next to the breaker panel.

The water meter is generally located at the front of the property near the street or in some instances in a back alley.
