Full Freeway Closure Scheduled for I-10
HOV Project

Baldwin Park - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announces the full freeway closure of the westbound San Bernardino Freeway I-10) from Puente Avenue to the San Gabriel River Freeway (I-605), nightly, Monday, November 9 through Friday, November 13, from 11:59 p.m. to 4 a.m. This closure is part of the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane construction project, and is weather permitting and subject to change.
Flatiron West, Inc. is the contractor on this $114 million project, which will add an HOV lane in each direction of I-10 between I-605 and Puente Avenue. Anticipated completion is winter 2012.
