[ARCHIVED] Notice of Special City Council Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Azusa is hereby called to be held
JUNE 28, 2010, immediately following the Utility Board meeting, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Azusa Light and Water Conference Room located at 729 N. Azusa Avenue, Azusa, California.
Said Special Meeting shall be for discussing, hearing and taking action on the items listed below:
AGENDA
A. PRELIMINARY BUSINESS
- Call to Order
- Roll Call
B. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Please note that public comments are welcomed by recognition of the Mayor.
C. AGENDA ITEMS
1. CITY AUDITOR PRESENTATION (LANCE, SOLL & LUNGHARD, LLP) REGARDING SAS 114 REQUIREMENT.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive information from the City auditor on the annual audit process and direct staff regarding any policy changes.
2. REVIEW OF COST STUDY AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO STAFF
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review the materials, information and comments presented during the workshop and provide direction to staff with
respect to any changes in the proposed fee schedule.
D. ADJOURNMENT
