1 Position Planning Commission - (Term ending September 30, 2014)

The Planning Commission functions and its powers and duties shall be such as may be provided by state law and ordinances or resolutions adopted by the council. The Commission meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the Azusa Auditorium. The Commissioners receive a stipend of $25 per meeting.

1 Position Architectural Barriers Commission - (Term ending September 30, 2013)

The Architectural Barriers Commission works in an advisory capacity regarding architectural barriers on public right-a-way. The Commission meets the third Tuesday of every month at 2:00p.m. at Light and Water first floor Conference Room. The Commissioners receive a stipend of $25 per meeting.

Applications are available in the City Clerk's Office and City Manager's Office, 213 East Foothill Boulevard, City Library, 729 N. Dalton Avenue, Light & Water Department, 729 N. Azusa Avenue, Police Department, 725 N. Alameda, Azusa, and at: www.ci.azusa.ca.us, for interested residents. Applications will be accepted through Monday, April 25, 2011.
