In partnership with the electric utility, participating companies will be required to furnish, install, operate and maintain the EV public charging stations and ensure that these EV public charging stations are accessible and safe to use at all times by users.

The proposal in its entirety must be received by Azusa Light & Water no later than 4:00 p.m. PDT on Wednesday December 07, 2011.
