The following are activities scheduled throughout the month of April:

Regular Trash Day - Clean out BULKY ITEMS such as sofas, refrigerators, rugs, etc. Call Athens at 336-6100 24 hours in advance to insure pickup.

Yard Sale - Yard Sales are free April 4th and 5th

Household Hazardous Waste - April 25th 9:00am to 3:00pm at Northrup Grumman, West 3rd Street and Zachary Padilla Avenue.

DRiP Rebate Program - Contact Light & Water at 812-5225 to reserve funds for rebates of up to 50% for purchasing low water consuming and drought resistant landscape materials.

Get Rid of the Junk Car - Contact 812-3210 to have your junk car removed for free.

Old Tires - Azusa Land Reclamation will take up to 5 tires for free for Azusa Residents. Contact 334-0719

Recycling Used Oil and Filters - Go to one of Azusa's certified drop off centers and pick up free oil recycling drain pans.

Reuseable Grocery Bags - Ask your grocer for Free city bags in April or purchase reuseable bags now. Look for free bags at City Hall-On-The-Move and Golden Days events.

Sharps Waste - Pick up sharps mail back container from Foothill Drup Pharmacy, Azusa Medical Pharmacy or the Azusa Senior Center.
